Feather Wand Making Workshop

This is a creative, ritual-based workshop where participants consciously craft their own feather wand as a symbolic and energetic tool for intention, grounding, and self-connection.

Feathers have been used across indigenous and shamanic traditions as symbols of air, breath, spirit, clarity, and communication. In this workshop, participants are guided to choose materials intuitively and create a wand that carries personal meaning and intention.

The process begins with a short grounding and intention-setting practice, followed by the hands-on creation of the wand using feathers, natural elements, thread, and sacred symbols. The emphasis is not on artistic perfection, but on presence, intuition, and emotional expression.

How the feather wand is used:
• To clear and reset one’s energy field before or after movement, meditation, or emotional work
• As a grounding and centring tool during personal rituals or reflection practices
• To support breath awareness and nervous system regulation
• As a symbolic reminder of intention, inner authority, and conscious choice

Participants leave with a handcrafted object that serves as both a personal ritual tool and a tangible anchor to the inner work done during the retreat—something they can continue to use in daily life for self-regulation, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.
