Primitive Wild Embodiment

This is a women’s only retreat. In this immersive movement ceremony, we journey into the wild, intuitive woman who lives within each of us — the one who has long been silenced, shamed, or subdued. Through guided movement, breath, and rhythm, we peel away the layers of conditioning — the good girl, the pleaser, the perfectionist — and awaken the raw, primal pulse of freedom that our bodies remember.

As women, we are born of rhythm, of cycles, of instinct — yet we’ve been taught to hide our natural fire, to fit into molds that never felt true.
These cultural and societal imprints — the pressure to look a certain way, to be desirable, to seek validation — have disconnected us from our inner temple of power.
In this sacred circle, we return home to that temple.

Together, we will:

• Move through what has been repressed — rage, shame, grief, sensuality.
• Reclaim the body as sacred — a vessel of intuition, creation, and divine intelligence.
• Awaken the Shakti energy, the life force that dances through all women.
• Remember that our power does not come from being desired — it comes from being embodied, aware, and alive.

This is not a dance to perform; it is a movement ritual to remember.
Primitive, instinctive, unfiltered — an invitation to express the wild feminine through the body as prayer.
