What qualifies you to be a counsellor?

I’ve studied Psychology, Counselling, and Psychodynamic Therapy based on Jungian and Freudian principles from multiple universities and holistic schools. I have also studied Aztec medicine and their way of counselling is more heartfelt. My approach integrates both modern psychology and ancient healing wisdom, bringing balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Over the years, I’ve worked with several clients worldwide, supporting them through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-discovery.

I’ve never done counselling before. What should I expect?

That’s perfectly okay — this space is created exactly for you. In our sessions, you’ll be guided through gentle conversation, self-inquiry, and reflection, where we uncover patterns, emotions, and beliefs shaping your life. You won’t be judged or “analyzed” — instead, we’ll co-create a safe, compassionate space for understanding and transformation.

How many sessions do I need?

Healing takes time, and each journey is unique. I usually recommend starting with a minimum of 4 to 6 sessions, once a week or biweekly, depending on what feels right for you. Some clients continue longer as they begin to see deeper patterns and growth unfold naturally.
