Movement Therapy
Movement is one of the most ancient medicines. When we move consciously, we unlock not just our muscles — but memories, emotions, and energy that have been trapped within. In a world where we spend endless hours behind screens and disconnected from nature, our bodies silently hold the weight of unexpressed emotions, tension, and stress. Movement Therapy is a journey back into your body — where healing, awareness, and vitality begin. Through guided movement, dance, and embodiment practices, you start to release stored emotions, rebalance your chakras, and restore the natural flow of life force within you.
This work is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science. In Vigyan Bhairava Tantra, verse 83, Lord Shiva tells Parvati that rhythmic movement — when performed with total awareness — becomes a gateway to transcendence. In modern neuroscience, we now understand why: movement rewires the brain, forming new neural pathways that shift how we think, feel, and respond.
Each session blends shamanic movement, dance medicine, and somatic awareness.
You’ll explore the connection between body, breath, and emotion, releasing fascia knots, balancing the chakras, and allowing stagnant energy to move freely again.
As you move, serotonin and dopamine rise, stress hormones like cortisol drop, and your nervous system learns safety and flow. You reconnect with your true essence — a rhythm in harmony with the Earth itself.
Who Is It For?

- Desires to awaken sensuality, vitality, and creativity through embodied awareness.
- Feels drawn to nature, the elements, and wishes to harmonize body–mind–spirit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly happens in a Movement Therapy session?
Each session is a guided journey — using music, breath, rhythm, and intuitive movement. You are guided to connect with your body, emotions, and energy centers (chakras). There’s no “right” way to move — your body leads, and I facilitate. The goal is to release blockages and restore balance, not to perform.
What qualifies you to facilitate Movement Therapy?
I’ve trained in Psychosomatic Medicine (Italy), Dance Medicine (Spain), 5Rhythms (Spain), and Movement Medicine (Poland). I’ve also studied Shamanic Trance Dance (Peru) and the Tandav — the sacred dance of Shiva. My approach blends ancient shamanic wisdom, somatic psychology, and embodied spirituality — helping participants heal through movement while remaining grounded and safe.
Do I need to know how to dance?
Not at all. This is not about choreography or performance — it’s about presence. Your body knows how to move when the mind steps aside. You simply follow your own rhythm.
How does Movement Therapy help with mental health?
Through movement, the body releases stored stress hormones and increases serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin — the chemicals of joy, trust, and connection. Many participants experience a reduction in anxiety, depression, and emotional heaviness after just a few sessions.
How long are the sessions and how often should I do them?
Each session lasts around 75–90 minutes. For lasting results, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are ideal — but even a single session can offer deep insight and release.
