Building Conscious Relationships
Most relationships don’t fail from lack of love — but from unconscious patterns, unmet needs, and unspoken emotions. This space helps you and/or your partner move from reaction to conscious connection.
You’ll learn to communicate without blame, express boundaries with honesty, and heal attachment wounds through awareness and compassion. Rooted in psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and energy work, our focus is not on who’s right or wrong — but on what needs to be seen, felt, and healed.
This is for those ready to break recurring patterns, deepen intimacy, and create conscious, aligned relationships. Together, we practice presence and communication that reconnects the mind, body, and heart.
Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifies you to be a relationship counsellor?
My work as a relationship counsellor is grounded in both formal training and lived experience. I have completed over 100 hours of certified training in relationship counselling, with specialised study in Narcissistic Personality Disorder in relationships, intimacy coaching using neo-tantra techniques, and conscious communication practices.
These trainings, combined with years of guiding individuals and couples through emotional healing, have helped me understand the deeper layers of love, attachment, and connection. My approach integrates psychology, mindfulness, and spiritual awareness — to help partners not only resolve conflict, but rediscover intimacy, authenticity, and heart-based relating.
Do I need to attend with my partner?
Not necessarily. You can attend alone to understand and heal your own patterns, or attend as a couple to rebuild connection and clarity together.
What can I expect in a session?
Each 60-minute session is a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotional landscape. We use dialogue, reflection, somatic awareness, and communication exercises to help you reconnect with your truth.
How many sessions are recommended?
We suggest starting with 4 sessions (once a week) for sustainable progress. You can extend or integrate other modalities like movement or energy healing as needed.
What if I’ve already done therapy or couples counselling before?
That’s perfectly okay. This approach goes beyond talking — it brings in body-based and energetic integration, helping you embody change instead of only understanding it.
What kind of results can I expect?
Clients often experience improved communication, reduced conflict, greater self-awareness, emotional maturity, and a renewed sense of peace in their relationships — including the one with themselves.
