Unlike generic yoga classes, every session I offer is deeply personalized. When you work with me through Tarot or Psychotherapy, I intuitively sense your energetic and emotional blockages — whether in the root, heart, solar plexus, sacral, throat, crown, chakras. Your yoga journey is then designed specifically to heal through the body — weaving breath, movement, and presence to restore energetic balance.
Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga (Rishikesh, 300+ hours), I’ve guided over 100 students — from those struggling with poor posture, anxiety, digestive issues, low self-worth, back or knee pain, to those seeking strength, flexibility, or spiritual grounding.
These sessions aren’t about how you look in a posture — but about how you feel within it. Yoga becomes a mirror: showing where your energy flows freely, and where it resists. We work with awareness, not ambition — creating strength, grace, and harmony in both body and life.
You’ll learn how yoga continues off the mat — through conscious living, responding (not reacting) to life, and moving with the rhythm of awareness even through chaos.

Absolutely. These sessions are not about performance or flexibility; they’re about awareness. I meet you exactly where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
How often should I practice to see results.?
At least two sessions per week for a month are recommended to create visible shifts. One-off sessions are useful for awareness, but consistency allows real transformation to happen.
What kind of yoga do you teach?
